Section 01

Order Processing

All PureGlow orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful checkout.

2 Order Processed

Our team carefully picks, packs, and prepares your order within 1 to 2 business days.

3 Order Dispatched

Your order is handed to our carrier partner and a tracking number is sent to your email.

4 Order Delivered

Your PureGlow products arrive beautifully packaged and ready to begin your glow ritual.

During peak periods such as sales events, holidays, and new product launches, processing times may extend to 3 to 4 business days. We will always communicate any known delays promptly.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date your order was placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Free Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $60. The free shipping threshold is calculated on your cart subtotal after any discounts have been applied, excluding taxes.

  • Free shipping applies to standard delivery only — not express or overnight

  • Free shipping is available on domestic orders only

  • The $60 threshold is based on your cart subtotal after all discounts

  • Free shipping cannot be combined with certain promotional codes unless otherwise stated

Section 05

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order is dispatched

  • You can track your order directly on our carrier's website using your tracking number

  • If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder before contacting us

Section 06

Delays & Exceptions

While we work hard to meet all estimated delivery times, there are circumstances beyond our control that may occasionally cause delays. These include:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters affecting carrier networks

  • Carrier disruptions, strikes, or high-volume periods

  • Peak holiday seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year

  • Customs clearance delays for international orders

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout

We will always communicate any known delays as soon as possible. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we will investigate on your behalf.

Section 07

Lost or Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging every PureGlow order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please follow these steps immediately:

1 Document the damage

Take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging before disposing of anything.

2 Contact us within 48 hours

Email sarahmotloutsi844@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

3 We will make it right

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no stress, no hassle, just pure care.

For lost orders, please wait until 5 business days past the expected delivery date before contacting us, as packages are sometimes delayed by carriers without tracking updates.

Section 08

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. PureGlow Global Health is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at sarahmotloutsi844@gmail.com. We can only update addresses before your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels.

Section 09

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love every PureGlow product you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to our return conditions.

  • To initiate a return, email sarahmotloutsi844@gmail.com with your order number and reason

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item
